These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Olympus mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by our company ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To use our Service, you must:

Olympus is a mobile application that enables users to:

• Search for and discover sauna facilities
• View detailed information about sauna services and facilities
• Make reservations and bookings
• Process payments for bookings
• Access booking confirmations and QR codes
• Leave reviews and ratings for sauna facilities
• Manage booking history and preferences

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your account

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Booking confirmations will be sent via the app and/or email
• You must present valid identification and booking confirmation when required
• We act as an intermediary between you and sauna facility providers

5.2 Payment

• All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We use secure third-party payment processors
• Additional fees, taxes, or charges may apply
• We are not responsible for payment processing errors by third parties

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by sauna facility and are displayed during booking
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the facility's policy
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Use automated scripts, bots, or similar technologies
• Make false or fraudulent bookings
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content

• Reviews and content must be based on genuine experiences
• Content must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it
• We may remove content that violates these guidelines

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
